St. Anne’s offers a variety of versatile venues to accommodate gatherings of all sizes, from intimate meetings of six to large-scale events with 145 - 237 guests.

Our facilities come equipped with tables, chairs, and other essential amenities. We also provide assistance with setup if required (for a fee) and have liability insurance options available.

Room Descriptions and Fees

Parish Hall This space (Room 103) is a large, 38’ X 56’ high ceilinged venue, fully on grade accessible from the spacious, convenient parking lot. A reception area, three washrooms, available smaller rooms and a full inspected kitchen render this a very versatile hall. Hall capacity is 145 to 190 depending upon setup.

● OR If alcohol is served: $250
● All Day (9 AM - 5 PM): $200
● OR if alcohol is served: $300
● Weekly (5 days, 9 AM - 5 PM): $700

● Refundable Deposit: $150
● Refundable Deposit w/alcohol $200

Main Floor Meeting Room A comfortable area the main floor meeting room (Room 104) is suitable for meetings or events of from half a dozen to eighteen people.

The Heritage Room (Room 108) is a well appointed meeting room for up to 36 people. A large conference table is located in the 504 sq. ft. room along with multiple chairs.

Upper Front Meeting Room (Room 201) A comfortable area suitable for music lessons with its cork floor. Small meetings or events with up to sixteen people could also be accommodated. Brightly lit by an east facing windows this is a cheerful space. 

Upper Front Meeting Room (Room 202) A comfortable area, air conditioned in the summer, and warm and cozy in the winter the upper room is suitable for meetings or events of from half a dozen to twenty-nine people. Brightly lit by several windows this is a cheerful space to host an event. The main room is 13’ X 21’ with a large alcove to the side. 

Upper Back Meeting Room The Upper Back Meeting Room (Room 205) is a comfortable area on the second floor and suitable for meetings or events of from half a dozen to twenty-four people.
