Pre-Authorized or Credit Card Giving
For those wishing to make use of Pre-Authorized Giving or Credit Card Giving, you now have four options to choose from for your bank or credit card deduction. The Diocese office now gives you the choice of any one of the following dates which are the 10th, 15th, 21st, or 25th of the month. If you are currently making use of the Pre-Authorized Giving or Credit Card Giving systems and wish to change your bank option or perhaps you wish to take advantage of one of these options, please contact the Envelope Secretary, Joy or Treasurer, Keisha G.
Some parishioners give monthly, or quarterly or annually and do not wish to receive regular weekly envelopes. If this applies to you, you also will be assigned a special number. When the envelopes are distributed, you will also receive a notification advising you of your new special number. Please use your assigned number when making donations of any type.

Help St. Anne's raise money by buying cash/gift cards through the church.
Purchasing groceries, gas or office supplies in the near future? Ever buy a cash/gift card to help out that student in your family? How does it work?
Buy a cash/gift card to any number of participating businesses through St. Anne's and the church receives a commission on your purchase. For less than $1 in postage for online orders, the card comes right to your mailbox. To order online, go to www.fundscrip.com and use code 5MW25S. Payment must be made at the time of purchase.

If you don't wish to place your order over the internet, cards can also be ordered for you to pick up at the church. Arrangements are still being made for those who wish to pick up cards at the church. Stay tuned to the weekly bulletins for details. Contact Cathy B.-S. or Keith B. if you have any questions.

A Story Shared With You! – A message from the Treasurer and Envelope Secretary
We come into this world with nothing and we leave it in the same way. Enjoy while you’re here. On his death bed, Alexander the Great summoned his generals and told them his three ultimate wishes:
1. The best doctors should carry his coffin;
2. The wealth he has accumulated (money, gold, precious stones) should be scattered along the procession to the cemetery, and
3. His hands should be let loose, hanging outside the coffin for all to see.

One of his generals who was surprised by these unusual requests asked Alexander to explain. Here is what Alexander the Great had to say:
1. I want the best doctors to carry my coffin to demonstrate that, in the face of death, even the best doctors in the world have no power to heal.
2. I want the road to be covered with my treasure so that everybody sees that material wealth acquired on earth, stays on earth.
3. I want my hands to swing in the wind, so that people understand that we come to this world empty handed and we leave this world empty handed after the most precious treasure of all is exhausted, and that is time.

Time is our most precious treasure. It is limited. We can produce more wealth, but we cannot produce more time. When we give someone our time, we actually give them a portion of our life that we will never take back. Our time is our life. I pray God grants you plenty of time and may you have the wisdom to give it to others in ways that allow you to live & love in peace.

Donations can be placed in the large basket at the front of the church each Sunday. Each week a notice is placed in the pew bulletin of items that are needed to restock the cupboard. Monetary donations are also gratefully accepted.

Special Needs Giving
Occasionally, opportunities arise for us to give to individual causes that will help our community, missions abroad, and many other causes. When that opportunity arises, we will post information on this page. Don't forget to read about and support the various Outreach efforts carried on by members of St. Anne's.
